Black leather suspension handcuffs of very good quality, comfortably padded!
Handcuffs with riveted "on straps" each with a buckle and holes (8 different positions)

From these handcuffs comes a leather strap, also with a riveted large ring at the end. This one is equipped with a "fireman" snap hook in order to be able to hang the handcuffs together at a suspension point.
