Very nice "japonix" metal breast clamps with detachable weights in the shape of balls. Each ball weighs 250gr.

The nipple clamp part is embellished with small black rubber tips with short spikes for a good hold without risk of cutting.

The clip opens very simply by pressing on the sides.

To note : The balls are removable and attached to the pliers by a small ring. This ring can also be used to hang a carabiner, a chain, a constraint or any other article of your choice, instead of the balls or in addition to the balls.
