These "nipple cups" are equipped with a hand pump to create the vacuum. The tube is removed to leave only the suction cup on the breasts once the vacuum is created.
Inside the cup, a vibrating bullet presses on the nipple and sends vibrations to it. This vibrating bullet is removable.
