Rules of the "Egg Hunt" 2022 contest

Article 1 : Purpose of the contest

These rules will be visible in the store and on our website.

Dèmonia organizes a free game with no obligation to buy, on its physical store in Paris located at 22 avenue Jean Aicard 78011 Paris, and on the website ww.demonia.com

This contest will take place from 16/04/2022 from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm in the store and from 16/04/2022 at 8 am to 17/04/2022 at 11:59 pm on our website.

Participants are invited to find the hidden eggs (see article 3), 51 of which are hidden in the pages of the website.

The winners will win one of the prizes described in Article 3, according to the conditions of participation and the unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety.

Article 2: Conditions of participation & validity of the participation

2-1-1 Shop

The contest is open to adults. The staff of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons having participated in the elaboration of the contest are not authorized to participate. The contest is subject to the regulations of the French law applicable to games and contests.

The contest is open to adults with a valid email address. The staff of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons having participated in the elaboration of the contest are not authorized to participate. 2-2 Validity of the participation

Any participation in this contest implies the pure and simple acceptance and without reserve of the present rules, the renunciation of any recourse concerning the conditions of organization and the course of the contest, the results and the attribution of the prizes. Any inaccurate information will result in the nullity of the participation. The organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the contest any participation that does not respect the rules.

Regarding the presence of the codes and their number, Dèmonia will draw a winner for each prize.

2-2-1 Website

Upon discovery of a code present on the eggs, your participation will be valid only upon receipt of your email to the following address: demonia@demonia.com, containing the elements: code present on the egg, name, first name, email.

Only one participation per person, per household, per email will be accepted. Any breach of this rule will result in automatic cancellation of the participation.

2-2-2 Shop

Upon discovery of a code present on the eggs, your participation will be valid only upon presentation of your egg at the cash desk.

Article 3 : Prizes

There will be 122 winners, for as many prizes (52 web winners, 70 store winners). Each of the winners will win one and only one prize, the codes are not cumulative.

Here is the list of prizes and their number:

• 2 Dèmonia gift certificates worth 150€ (1 in store, 1 on the web),
• 2 Lelo Lyla 2 sex toys (1 in store, 1 on the web),
• 4 Dèmonia kits: necklace, handcuffs, carabiners (2 in store, 2 on the web),
• 2 pairs of black studded vinyl pumps - Dèmonia Paris (1 in store, 1 on the web),
• 20 womanizer one (10 in store, 10 on the web),
• 10 Dèmonia 2022 calendars (5 in store, 5 on the web),
• 60 discounts of 15% for a minimum purchase of 100€ on the website or in store (30 in store, 30 on the web),
• 2 Yes for Love lubricants (1 in store, 1 on the web),
• 20 Dèmonia thongs (exclusively in store).

Article 4: Designation of winners

4-1 Website

The winner will be the person who sent an e-mail to the address demonia@demonia.com (see conditions Article 2-2) and having won the draw.

Any e-mail containing false or incomplete information and/or not respecting the present rules will be considered as null and void and will lead to the designation of another winner.

4-2 Shop

The winner will be the person who brings the egg and its code to the cash register. Only one participation in the store will be allowed.

Article 5: Information about the winners' names

5-1 Website

The winners of the contest will be informed by email at the address communicated in the participation email from April 19, 2022. Dèmonia cannot be held responsible for an email address communicated as incorrect or for an error in reception whatever the cause (server error, full mailbox, inaccessible domain, indicative and non exhaustive list). If the winner does not manifest himself during a period of one week, he will be considered as unreachable. The winner's participation will be considered null and void and another winner will be designated from among the alternates.

5-2 Shop

The gift will be offered the same day.

Article 6: Delivery of the prize

The winners will be invited by email to provide the information allowing the organizer to award the prize. At the end of a period of 7 consecutive days without a response to the email inviting a winner to come forward, the prize will be awarded to another participant. Each prize is personal and may not be claimed, exchanged or compensated in any way whatsoever. If the winner's e-mail address is incorrect or does not correspond, or if technical problems make it impossible to contact the winner, the organizer cannot be held responsible for the loss of the prize.
Regarding the "15% discount" prize, it will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of sending the said code.

Article 7: Responsibility

The participant recognizes and accepts that the only obligation of the organizer under the contest is to award the prizes to the winners, according to the criteria and procedures defined in these rules. Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, both in terms of technical performance and response times to consult, query or transfer information.

Article 8 : Force majeure

The responsibility of the organizer can not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or independent of his will, the contest had to be modified, shortened or cancelled. The organizer reserves the right to proceed with any verification it deems useful, relating to compliance with the rules, including to remove any participant who has made an inaccurate, misleading or false statement
