Directions for use:

1) Fill the tub with water.

2) Once in the bath, place the Bathmate under water to fill it completely. Hold it under the water while you insert your penis inside.

3) Move back and forth to your pelvis as many times as necessary to create a vacuum. You should then start to feel the pressure on your penis. Excess water begins to be ejected through the pressure valve at the top of the Bathmate. You may have to pump the Bathmate v 4-5 times until no more water comes out of the pressure valve.

4) When you can't pump anymore, relax for 5 minutes. When you can't pump the Bathmate any more, the optimum vacuum is reached at that particular moment.

5) Every 4 or 5 minutes, try pumping again. As your penis expands, excess water will escape through the valve each time you pump. But you'll always reach a point where you can't pump anymore.

6) Pump the bathmate to an optimum vacuum, if you feel it is necessary. This is the point at which the water will not come out of the bathmate, even if you try to pump.

7) If you feel the pressure is too high, gently press the valve at the top of the Bathmate to release the pressure. After 15 to 20 minutes, release the pressure completely by pressing the valve and remove the unit. Stand up and see the results immediately. You won't be disappointed.

8) We recommend sessions of 15 to 20 minutes. Do not use the device more than once a day.
