The bulb measures 14 cm and the tip 7,5 cm.

Capacity: 260 ml.

First of all, you must lightly lubricate the tip of the enema bulb before use.
Fill the bulb with lukewarm water, between 37 and 40°C
Gently insert the tip into the anus and press the bulb to slowly introduce water into your anus. The amount of water can be varied as well as the shelf life of the water.
After expelling the water, finish your cleansing with a shower.
