Explanations to transform the belt into a belt with wrist restraints:
The horizontal strap in the middle of this accessory has a secret: untie it from your belt to find out.
Start by detaching this strap from the rest of the belt. Now remove the extension with a small carabiner at the end of the strap. As you can see, the straps split in two and are now only held together by the central ring.

Fold the straps that are now just attached to the central ring and pass them inside it. (From the inside to the outside).
Then attach the extension you detached from the center ring to the small rings at the end of each strap.
You can then attach the other end of the extension to the belt itself or choose to use it as a leash.
Put your hands inside the "handcuffs" you just made, pull the extension tight... You've just turned your belt into a motion-reducing wrist restraint.
