To put on your waist cincher, move it so that you can easily hook the clips in front. Then ask for help to tighten the lace at the back (with experience you will be able to lace yourself), from the top to the middle and then from the bottom to the middle where you bring the excess lace (see video). Finally tie to your liking.

To properly choose your waist cincher, measure your waistline at the thinnest point (usually around the belly button) and take off about 10 centimeters.

Examples:

• If your waist is 61 cm, take a 51 cm (size 34)
• If your waist is 70 cm, take a 61 cm (size 38)
• If your waist is 87 cm, take a 76 cm (size 44)
